Matsyasana or fish pose

This yoga pose helps to exercise the abdominal muscles and organs and stretch the thigh muscles. It is also effective in relieving tension in the neck, throat and shoulders. To complete the exercise you need:

Lie on your back and put your hands under your body.

The inner side of the palms rests on the floor.
The palms themselves are under the hips.
With the help of the elbows while inhaling, you need to raise the upper body so that an arc is obtained.
Hold this position for ten seconds while breathing deeply.
While inhaling, raise your head to straighten your body and return to the normal position.
Repeat 3-4 times.
